Queens Voice News Endorses NYS Senate Candidate Yiatin Chu
Share on FacebookShare on Twitter

Queens Voice News is proud to endorse Yiatin Chu for New York State Senate. Chu has consistently shown a deep understanding of the issues that matter most to our community, especially the struggles facing working-class families. She recognizes the frustrations surrounding taxpayer money being used for free benefits for migrants, while hardworking New Yorkers are left grappling with rising costs. Chu stands firmly with working-class families, committed to making sure their voices are heard in Albany by representing New York State Senate District 11.

One of the key issues Chu will tackle is the need for reform to the state’s current bail policies. She understands that the recent changes in bail reform have left many families feeling unsafe, as repeat offenders are allowed back on the streets too quickly. Chu will push for common-sense changes to ensure public safety while maintaining fairness in the justice system.

Her priorities include advocating for education reform, improving public safety, and fighting for policies that reflect the needs of working families. Chu knows that working-class New Yorkers deserve relief, better schools for their children, safer neighborhoods, and a state government that focuses on their needs—not special interests. She will work to restore balance, addressing the failures of current policies like bail reform and ensuring taxpayer dollars are used to benefit citizens who need it most.

Queens Voice News proudly supports Yiatin Chu’s candidacy for New York State Senate District 11. Her leadership will bring about the changes our community deserves, especially for the working-class families who are the backbone of our city.
